April was such a fun month, and it went by quickly! We’re finally seeing legitimate springtime weather here in southeast Virginia, meaning fun days at the beach, picnics, and a few outdoor cooking classes. Here are some other neat/fun/interesting things from around the web this month:

This guy’s last name is Baker and he bakes bread. For real. And he happens to have written a fantastic entry-level cookbook on bread baking. And I think everyone who wants to bake bread at home should own it.
I basically love everything Michael Ruhlman writes. His newest book, Egg, is going on my birthday wish list.
