While it is generally recognized that cooking from raw (and, by raw, I mean unprocessed or processed very little) ingredients, I am not a medical professional and do not make any medically related claims for specific individuals visiting this site. What may be healthy for one person isn’t necessarily healthy for another, so use your best judgement. Some recipes on this site call for the use of raw eggs (such as custards) and some will call for meat to be cooked to various levels of doneness, not all of which are FDA-approved. Again, use your judgement, especially if feeding young children or pregnant women.
